Add support for posting to multiple accounts of a specific channel.

It'll be great to be able to post say to 3 or 4 Twitter or Instagram or... etc accounts. Now it's only possible to post to one accounts per social media platform... although on premium plan we can add 20 social media accounts. We can not post to multiple accounts of a particular platform.
