Easier Instagram Setup

We will significantly simplify the Instagram connect flow (thanks to recent updates from Meta). This will mean that you no longer need to link a Facebook page to your Instagram account or authenticate using Facebook to add your Instagram account to Hookle. This will also lead to more reliable posting.
