Enhance the recurring post-duration limit from the current 6-month scheduling capability.

Due to factors beyond our control, like the expiration of social platform tokens within 6-12 months, extending the timeframe for the recurring feature is difficult. However, we are currently collecting votes to determine the need as well as feasibility and reasonability of implementing this feature.
