Why are you declining something that a lot of users are requesting of you

You denied my request for best times to post our optimal times to post when that is a feature that you've been sorely missing that you're competitors have period what is it about that my valid critique that is not worthy of approval but is worthy of approval for these other users who are suggesting things that are way less important question mark? I think it would make your product more competitive with Buffer or Crowdfire if you suggested best times to post.
